Kevin did a super job selling our house. The house was in a very unique area and had a number of very unique features which someone who was not familiar with the house and/or the neighborhood could easily overlook. What I liked about him is that he agreed to offer the home for sale at a price which was thousands higher than most of the agents who solicited me to sell my home through their agencies. He was honest and straight forward and did what he said he was going to do, "sell my home within a price-range that was realistic."
