It’s been one year since the pandemic truly started, and it’s been a long one to say the least. While we’re still wearing masks & socially distancing, our lives are slowly going back to normal, little by little. Now, some cities and organizations are even resuming annual events, with all the proper safety measures being taken, of course. Below, we’ve rounded up 7 events happening in the month of March that you can attend while being safe & socially distant!
Women Trailblazers: Champions of Change
When: March 4th - 31st
Where: The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale
What: With March being Women’s History Month, the Galleria is putting on a nearly month-long photo exhibition honoring past and current local women doing great things in our society. Women holding positions like the market president of Bank of America, the president of the State Supervisors of Elections, the CEO of Broward Health Medical Center, and more will be featured. Festival of the Arts Boca
When: March 6th - 14th
Where: Zoom!
What: Your favorite annual arts festival is still happening, only with slight adjustments! Seasoned musicians and award-winning authors are scheduled to perform and speak virtually on various days during the festival; exact dates can be found on the
event calendar. The festival is free and open to all, but you must reserve seats
here. It's sure to be an arts festival unlike any other!
South Florida Garlic Festival

When: March 6th & 7th
Where: Wellington Green Park

The Honda Classic

When: March 15th - 21st
Where: Palm Beach Gardens
What: Advanced safety measures are being put in place by those in charge of the annual Honda Classic golf event so you can still watch some of the world's best PGA golfers to play their game all week in the name of charity. With 144 players and 72 holes, you'll want to purchase a ticket to the event
here, with all the proceeds benefitting Children's Healthcare Charity.
Palm Beach Book Festival

When: March 19th - 20th

Palm Beach International Boat Show

Where: West Palm Beach waterfront
